I have owned an apartment on the Vanessa Complex for over 11 years now and AWC have been my property manager for the whole of that period. I can’t speak highly enough of Fay and her team and would highly recommend them. Always thoroughly professional with everyone, pro-active to prevent issues and re-active when unforeseen issues arise. Totally knowledgeable with a great supporting team and network. I take some rental bookings myself but now mainly leave the rental side to AWC, which gives me the hands-off approach I now look for. Thoroughly good value for money, always looking at the most cost effective way, without cutting back on quality. Any good relationship needs excellent communication. I rest assured that AWC are in contact with me if needs be and they are always accessible if I need them.

"The Royal Seacrest Complex is made up of 108 properties ranging from 1 and 2 bed apartments to a number of townhouses. This large complex has extensive gardens and two large swimming pools with an integrated children's pool. A complex of this size requires a company that has the expertise, knowledge and experience of managing in such an environment. AWC have all of these attributes and more.

When our management committee took over the day to day management and maintenance of the complex from the developer an absolute imperative was to source a high quality, professional and trustworthy property management company to manage the complex on behalf of the committee.

"Having now worked very closely with AWC since 2015 when they become the new property management team looking after Christina Hilltop Apartments at the request of the management committee and its owners. Fay and the team at AWC have been superb and the transformation of the complex is unbelievable, from the standard of the cleaning of the complex to the maintaining of the gardens and the swimming pool which are know all back up to the standards we expect and all of the owners are once more happy with the complex. We are constantly working with AWC to look at ways to improve the complex and this is year we have had quite a few issues on the complex with blocked and collapsed drains and the response of AWC to get these sorted as been excellent and all the work carried out by reputable companies and the work all checked and overseen by Fay before completion of the work and any payments. We have also undertaken the refurbishment of the swimming pool and Fay has been very much front line in arranging the quotes to sitting down with the committee and deciding which was the best options for the complex to arranging for the work to be carried out over the winter period so not to cause any loss of use for the owners and their guests. I would recommend Fay and the team from AWC to any complex that is looking for a new property management team to take over the running of their complex as we have not looked back as a complex and the service we have received has been excellent from everyone we have dealt with from AWC.

I must congratulate you and your team for the last year (May 2020 onwards) and all the hard work you have done.  After being with the previous Management company or 6 years it was a difficult decision to make to change, but with all the challenges and difficulties thrown at us you made the transition much easier, keeping us informed at all times of what was happening. The transition was in the middle of the pandemic last year and you rose to every challenge, well done.

We now have regular updates with a clear view of the finances, with quarterly updates as well as the year end report.  Your attention to detail,  your teams ability at collecting fees, and assistance with ensuring costs are controlled and kept to a minimum is exactly what we needed after the previous management company.

The complex has not looked so good for many years, the level of gardening, maintenance and cleaning much improved meeting the challenges of fixing the previous issues.  The complex has never been cleaner, and when any maintenance is required it is done promptly and within budget.

You often go above and beyond our expectations, it has been a pleasure working with you over the last year and we are now able to look forward and plan improvements.

AWC took over the operation of our Complex in July last year and delivered a transformation in how the site was managed, as promised within a mutually agreed time frame.Within just 3 months we went from having a neglected complex with communal facilities that were not compliant with either previous or current legislation, to a clean, compliant and well maintained site. The pool team have also resolved technical issues that have significantly reduced both our water and electrical consumption, helping to reduce operational costs and also made the site's electrical services safe for residents.

The AWC cash collection team has ensured we have sufficient funds to service our budget and vigorously pursue delinquent property owners to collect outstanding fees. Their sub-contractors provide a quality service and are value for money - even against our own bench marking that we undertake as a committee.  Best of all they get very favourable feedback from even our most challenging and vocal homeowners.

I would have no hesitation recommending their services and actively do so; a world away from both the developer's services and our previous Property Management company.
