Nothing is to much trouble when you ask for there help as we have found out in the past when one of our guests arrived one evening at about 11pm and noticed water coming out of the apartment under the door and they contacted AWC and within minutes they were at the property and Clive found the failed pipe under the sink and had the place totally cleaned up within a short time and Fay and Clive did not leave until nearly 2am in the morning and with our guest totally happy and Clive was back as promised first thing in the morning to replace the failed pipe work. "The Royal Seacrest Complex is made up of 104 properties ranging from 1 and 2 bed apartments to a number of townhouses. This large complex has extensive gardens and two large swimming pools with an integrated children's pool. A complex of this size requires a company that has the expertise, knowledge and experience of managing in such an environment. AWC have all of these attributes and more.

When our management committee took over the day to day management and maintenance of the complex from the developer an absolute imperative was to source a high quality, professional and trustworthy property management company to manage the complex on behalf of the committee.

"Having now worked very closely with AWC since 2015 when they become the new property management team looking after Christina Hilltop Apartments at the request of the management committee and its owners. Fay and the team at AWC have been superb and the transformation of the complex is unbelievable, from the standard of the cleaning of the complex to the maintaining of the gardens and the swimming pool which are know all back up to the standards we expect and all of the owners are once more happy with the complex. We are constantly working with AWC to look at ways to improve the complex and this is year we have had quite a few issues on the complex with blocked and collapsed drains and the response of AWC to get these sorted as been excellent and all the work carried out by reputable companies and the work all checked and overseen by Fay before completion of the work and any payments. We have also undertaken the refurbishment of the swimming pool and Fay has been very much front line in arranging the quotes to sitting down with the committee and deciding which was the best options for the complex to arranging for the work to be carried out over the winter period so not to cause any loss of use for the owners and their guests. I would recommend Fay and the team from AWC to any complex that is looking for a new property management team to take over the running of their complex as we have not looked back as a complex and the service we have received has been excellent from everyone we have dealt with from AWC.
